An Evening of Aboriginal Poetry and Art

In conjunction with the Australian Consulate in NYC, we are to present an intimate poetry reading by a prestigious First Nations writer Ali Cobby Eckermann in the setting of paintings by the highly awarded Aboriginal artist Margaret Loy Pula.

This is a rare opportunity to hear Eckermann, recent recipient of the Windham Campbell Literary Prize for Poetry, share her work, contextualised by Pula’s critically acclaimed pieces which distinctly capture the life of her tribe.

Please join us at for this very special evening at the MARC STRAUS Gallery. Seats are on a first-come-first-served basis, please arrive early.
