Exclusive Hermann Nitsch Critic Panel on Sept 8, 6:30pm

On Tuesday September 8, 6:30pm, MARC STRAUS is proud to host an exclusive session of critical discussion on the works of Hermann Nitsch. The panel will be chaired by renown critic Robert C. Morgan with Paul Laster and Jonathan Goodman. For an artist who has faced many controversies, there is no better time to understand his work and vision.

There will also be a book signing event on Sunday, September 13, 1pm. The monograph “Hermann Nitsch – The Gesamtkunstwerk of the Orgien Mysterien Theater” is the first reference book on all the disciplines of Hermann Nitsch’s Gesamtkunstwerk. Limited copies of the 968 pages strong book will be available for purchase.

The official opening of the show is on Wednesday, September 9, 6pm. Mr Nitsch will be present for all events.
